Bruschetta wtih smoked salmon, cornichons, capers, creme fraiche and wild rocket
Roast pumpkin and garlic, spinach and Italian buffalo ricotta crespelle with sage butter
Pork and leek polpette with tomato sugo and shaved parmesan

Main Course

Ocean trout with pancetta wrapped radicchio, white bean puree and salsa verde
Baked sweet potato gnocchi with creamy gorgonzola sauce and caramelized onions
Char grilled lamb rump with roast pumpkin puree and rosemary butter

Dessert

Amaretti semifreddo with hot fudge sauce
Lemon, honey and ricotta cake wtih vanilla bean yoghurt
Chocolate, espresso and almond cake with King Island double cream and espresso syrup
