The Burning of the Canes Dinner
At the burning of the canes dinner we celebrate the changing of the seasons and the end of last year's growth preparing for the birth of the next. We light a large bonfire made from the woody canes that have been pruned from our vineyard and offer you a warming feast, live music and pyrotechnic entertainment (fire eating, fire stick juggling and other surprises)
$80 per person includes four course dinner, coffee and entertainment and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival.
