Coal Valley Vineyard 2011 Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Made in the traditional method, so bottle fermented. 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. A fine delicate bead bubbles up consistently from this wine and releases delcate aromas of toasty brioche and citrus. Crisp apple and citrus flavours with hints of strawberry enjoyed on the palate wiht a lovely linear intensity of acid. Just a hint of salmon pink.
