Made with pristine fruit from our Barilla Bay block of Pinot Noir grapes. Methode Champenoise. On lees for 24 months. Luscious strawberry palate. Just the two of us picked the Pinot for this sparkling - a very long day but the fruit tasted delicious and promised a delicious wine.Tom Stevenson's comments on this wine:
