We call this wine a fruit salad in a glass! Herbaceous and grassy aromas with a hint of grapefruit that follows through on the palate. Gooseberry, lime, and tropical fruit flavours balance with a good acidity making this a great food wine. Our true cool climate allows for a great natural acidity and longevity in the bottle, which is quite unique for a Sauvignon Blanc. Drinking optimally within 5 years.
