Coal Valley Vineyard Sparkling 2012
A fine delicate bead bubbles up from this wine releasing delicate aromas of toasty brioche and citrus.  Crisp-apple and citrus flavours with hints of strawberry enjoyed on the palate with a lovely linear intensity of acid. 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. All Coal Valley sparkling wines are made in the in the traditional champagne method with bottle ferment.

   Coal Valley Vineyard Riesling 2014

Clear and bright with fresh lime aromas and a juicy refreshing palate. Lemon and a touch of minerals are beautifully balanced on the palate and linger on. We like to pick our Riesling grapes quite early when flavour is optimum but refreshing acids are still in place and when fermented to dry we have a dryand crisp, low alcohol wine that is enjoyable young or can be put away for 10
plus years. 11.5% alc.

Coal Valley Vineyard Chardonnay 2013
Light straw colour; a clean and elegant wine with subtly interwoven stone fruit and oakon both bouquet and palate. This wine has been aged for eight months in a mixture of newand older French oak barrels. Enjoy with Rannoch quail on the BBQ or roast chicken. 13% alc.

Coal Valley Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013
Be quick - almost sold out. Poised, bright and ripe plum fruits, blueberries. Smooth and easy with good structure and gentle tannins.  14% alc.

Coal Valley Vineyard Old Block Pinot Noir 2013
The Old Block at Coal Valley is the original site, planted in 1991 under the French Lyre system of trellising and consistently produces our best grapes. This wine was hand crafted using these gapes with traditional methods of open vat fermentation, some wild fermentation, basket pressing and then maturing in French Oak barrels for 15 months. This is the most expressive wine of the vineyard, with a fine balance of fruit and oak that sings on your palate. 14% alc/vol

Coal Valley Vineyard Cabernet Merlot 2013
A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot (30%). Deep red/purple in colour and a delicious palate of black currant and black olives. Perfect with Tasmanian lamb. 13.5% alc.

Coal Valley Vineyard TGR Riesling 2013
A medium sweet Riesling with low alcohol and sweet fruit balanced with refreshing natural acidity. The sweet palate, dry finish and luscious fruit flavours make this wine a good match with salmon, spicy food and blue cheese. 30grams of residual sugar for every litre of wine and hence the name TGR.  9.5% alc.

Coal Valley Vineyard Barilla Bay Series Sauvignon Blanc 2013
A big nose of tropical fruit followed by luscious flavours of passionfruit and guava.

Coal Valley Vineyard Barilla Bay Series Pinot Noir 2013
Made to drink now this light and fruity Pinot Noir has a red cherry bouquet followed by a juicy spicy cherry palate. Enjoy with grilled Tasmanian salmon.
