A clear and bright ruby red Pinot Noir with structure and finesse. The grapes were picked in March 2015, open vat fermented then matured in French oak barrels for 10 months.
A complex bouquet with earthy, spicy forest overtones that lead in to an abundance of cherry and raspberry fruit at the juicy centre.
Enjoy with BBQ quail or roast chicken.
