Fruit is hand picked from the original vines planted on the property in 1991, then handcrafted using traditional methods of open vat fermentation, plunging by hand and basket pressing. Matured in French oak barriques, 35% new oak.

It is intensely elegant with a fine balance of fruit and oak that just sings on your palate. This wine will benefit with time in the bottle so grab a few for your cellar or for up-coming special occasions. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to cellar until 2028.
