This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in the Old Block, planted in 1991. The grapes were cooled after harvest and then pressed straight to barrel for fermentation. The wine is bright and clear with an inviting green straw colour. Fresh citrus, apple and melon characters complemented with a layer of oak after 8 months in French Barrels.
