Frosty Hobart mornings and Chef Paul has slowly cooked some beef shoulder.  Served between slices of his freshly baked sourdough with coleslaw and paprika aioli.

Every Monday to Friday from 12 to 2pm we are offering a $15 Workers' Lunch.  If you'd like to be part of the Workers' Lunch Club email gill@coalvalley.com.au and say "sign me up" to receive emails Monday to Friday with what's on the menu.  Today's Workers Lunch includes a chicken croquette followed by  your choice of meatballs or ricotta dumplings plus your choice of salad or patatas bravas.  Workers' Lunches are not available on the weekend or on public holidays.
